I’m disappointed that searching for yiros on here doesn’t return Yianni’s as the top result! It really is the best yiros in Adelaide. Simple, fast, cheap and tasty. Food without the pretention

Jul 10, 2016, Danoz: Yiros cooked rotisserie style over charcoal. Enough said. Meat has been cooked rotisserie over coal fires for Millenia. Why? Because it’s so fricking good. It’s the way that roast meats are supposed to be cooked and no vertically cooked yiros can compete. All the fat that would naturally baste the meat drips out and is lost. Simple and classic. They do one thing and excel at it.
